Salvatore Patane / Owner was advised by the experts at USA Phone that new Service Features and Phones were available that would enhance the customer service experience of both clients and employees. After a brief consultation he decided to move forward with a Service Upgrade that included a Mobile App and 5 Nodes of Active Failover Redundancy. In addition, they renewed their Service Agreement for an additional 5 years.
