After a recorded call ends, you click a button to generate the transcript and summary. A full transcript of the conversation appears alongside the recording, and a concise AI-generated summary captures the key points discussed during the call.

For individual users: Transcripts and summaries are available directly in ConnectUC, USA Phone’s desktop and mobile app. After a recorded call ends, open the call details, click the button to generate your transcript and summary, and both appear right there in the app. Click any line in the transcript to jump to that moment in the recording. From there, you can share the recording, transcript, and summary into any company chat conversation with a single action.

For office managers and administrators: The PBX Web Portal gives you access to transcripts and summaries across your team’s recorded calls. Open any recorded call, click to generate, and you’ll have the full transcript and summary available to review. Use the download button to save a copy or the copy to clipboard button to paste the content into another program. You can monitor quality and pull records for any user on your account, all from the same portal you already use to manage your phone system.
