Yealink T77U
The T77U tops the T7 lineup with a 7-inch color touchscreen and 84 programmable keys. It supports up to 16 SIP accounts and connects to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi via optional dongles. Yealink T74W and T74U
The T74 models feature a 4.3-inch color display, support for up to 16 SIP accounts, and 50 programmable keys. The T74W adds built-in Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, while the T74U relies on optional dongles for wireless. Account managers and team leads handling multiple lines will find the T74W a direct improvement over the T54W in display clarity and wireless connectivity.
Yealink T73W and T73U
The T73 models are the entry point of the T7 Series, with a 2.8-inch color display, support for up to 12 SIP accounts, and 40 programmable keys. The T73W includes built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. For staff who primarily handle incoming calls and don’t need complex multi-line management, the T73 covers the role cleanly. Teams upgrading from the T41S or T42S will find it a familiar but noticeably improved replacement.
What the T8 and T7 Series Improve Over the T4 and T5 Generation
Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 as standard. The T4 Series offered limited Bluetooth on select models and no built-in Wi-Fi. The T5 Series added wireless to a handful of models.
