Pastor John Testa at Corpus Christi Church knew something was wrong with the excessive billing of his carrier services. In addition, he wanted to replace their under-performing Premise Based Phone System. He had worked with the professionals at USA Phone when they installed VoIP Service at Saint Maximilian Kolbe Church in Toms River New Jersey. Upon review of his Carrier Services it was determined that there was duplicate billing from Verizon for services that should have been cancelled in May of 2016. In addition, upon installation of VoIP Service all Comcast Dial Tone Numbers were disconnected. These actions saved Corpus Christi Church $28,500 over 5 years and he was advised on how to get $8,500 in credits back from Verizon.
