Helpdesk Associate
Hosted Telephone Systems
Become a part of our award winning service and technical department. In this role you will devote your time to helpdesk support duties. Field incoming requests to the Help Desk via both telephone and e-mail to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues.Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue. Preform level 1 and level 2 troubleshooting for customer requests and issues. Escalate problems if needed to the appropriately experienced technician.
Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Social Media Outreach
Develop and implement marketing programs to help us reach specific project goals. Tailor marketing plans to grow our partner referral base and annual sales. Document and measure the effectiveness of all marketing efforts, adjusting approach accordingly to reach maximum outreach and results. Create printed and digital materials to support companywide marketing efforts.
Service and Installation Technician
IP and Hosted Telephone Systems
Pre-installation site surveys and network discovery, specify required system and equipment, customer interface to determine customer needs and then deliver the system to meet those needs. System preparation, programming, setup and installation of hosted systems. Trouble-shooting and follow-up service, repair and adjustment for hosted telephone systems. The successful applicant will understand computer networking and we can provide any necessary on-the-job training on the Hosted Phone systems which use those networks.
Sales/Business Development
Hosted Telephone Systems
Identify business prospects and follow up on company assigned prospects. Gather required information and prepare proposals for hosted telephone systems as well as related components and services. Follow up on open proposals and close orders. The successful applicant will have some basic rudimentary understanding of telephones and computer networking.
